Sit start matched on the slopy outcrop. Throw to the right then work your way up with the help of a kneebar (or three) to top out.

Variations

Start on Freak of Nature, head out to the lip and traverse left to right to a shallow tear drop to finish with a very hard mantle onto the slab.
